Alejandro y Eduardo, dos chicos de sitios diferentes que se conocieron mientras se encontraban estudiando su carrera universitaria en Mérida, Yucatán. Mientras compartían más tiempo juntos, los sentimientos que ambos experimentaban iban en aumento. Fue hasta el año 2012, cuando Alex y Lalo decidieron formalizar su relación convirtiéndose de esa manera en novios.
Los años pasaron y estaban listos para dar el siguiente paso. El 25 de febrero del 2017 Alejandro lo tenía decidido, quería pasar el resto de su vida con el que se convirtió su mejor amigo y pareja, por lo que, tras visitar su restaurante favorito, le pidió matrimonio a Eduardo, el cual no dudo en darle el sí. Por desgracia, la boda tuvo que posponerse por un largo tiempo, pues el éxito profesional de Alejandro y Eduardo se encontraba en ascenso, además de ya tener en mente planes como viajes y negocios entre ellos.
La organización de la boda no fue tarea fácil, pues existía cierto nerviosismo por parte de la pareja a la hora de pedir cotizaciones o llenar formulario los cuales, en el mayor de los casos, van referidos hacia “El & Ella” o “Novio & Novia”. A pesar de estos percances, lograron encontrar al mejor grupo de proveedores para su casamiento, con mentes abiertas y sobre todo experiencia en este tipo de bodas, por lo cual, los chicos estaban mas que satisfechos con la planeación.
Tras exactamente 10 años de haberse convertido en novios el ansiado día llegaría. El 28 de febrero del 2022 estos jóvenes rebosados de amor, junto a su familia más cercana, festejarían su unión con la bendición de Dios mediante su esplendor en un atardecer en una playa en Cozumel. Un ambiente hermoso y familiar pues se trataba del lugar donde solían pasar sus veranos y donde sentían que se enamoraban mas el uno del otro.
Si algo nos deja en claro la historia de Alex y Lalo es que el “azar” no es una casualidad y que el amor verdadero crece y se hace mas fuerte con el tiempo.

Alejandro and Eduardo, two boys from different places who met while they were studying their university career in Merida, Yucatan. As they shared more time together, the feelings they both experienced grew. It was until 2012, when Alex and Lalo decided to formalize their relationship and started dating.
Years passed and they were ready to take the next step. On February 25, 2017 Alejandro had his mind made up, he wanted to spend the rest of his life with the one who became his best friend and partner, so, after visiting his favorite restaurant, he asked Eduardo to marry him, who did not hesitate to say yes. Unfortunately, the wedding had to be postponed for a long time, as Alejandro and Eduardo’s professional success was on the rise, besides already having plans in mind such as travel and business between them.
The organization of the wedding was not an easy task, as there was some nervousness on the part of the couple when asking for quotes or filling out forms which, in most cases, are referred to as «He & She» or «Groom & Bride». Despite these mishaps, they managed to find the best group of vendors for their wedding, with open minds and experience in this type of weddings, which is why the couple was more than satisfied with the planning.
After exactly 10 years of becoming a couple, the long awaited day would come. On February 28, 2022, these young men brimming with love, along with their closest family, would celebrate their union with God’s blessing through their splendor in a sunset on a beach in #CozumelPride. A beautiful and familiar environment because it was the place where they used to spend their summers and where they felt they were falling more in love with each other.
If there is one thing that Alex and Lalo’s story makes clear is that «destiny» is not a coincidence and that true love grows and gets stronger with time.
